Your clinic's timings, address and number on one page
Patients ask the same three things: when are you open, where are you, and how do I book. Put the answers on one page at cardless.club/yourclinic, then give out that one link on the prescription slip, in your WhatsApp replies and at the front desk.

How doctors and clinics use it
- Timings that stay correct
- Write your consulting hours in a short paragraph near the top. When they change for a holiday, change them once, and everyone who has your link sees the new hours.
- Booking without a phone call
- If you take appointments through Calendly or a Google Form, the form can sit on the page itself. Any other booking site can be a button.
- Your number, saved correctly
- A Save the clinic's number button puts the clinic name, phone, email and address into a patient's contacts in one tap, spelled the way you spell it.
- A QR code at the front desk
- Your page has its own QR code. Print it at reception or on the back of the prescription slip, and patients open the page with their phone camera.
A page to start from
What goes on it, in this order
Copy it, change it, or start from nothing. Everything on the example is on the free plan, and you can reorder it whenever you like.

Morning 9 to 1, evening 5 to 8. Closed on Sundays.
The question every patient asks first, answered before they call.

Before you start
This is a page, not a clinic system. It does not keep an appointment book or patient records, so do not use its sign-up box to ask about symptoms or reports.
About cards
Every page has a QR code you can print today, and any phone camera opens it. Cards that open your page with a tap are coming and are not on sale yet. See the cards.

Questions
Can patients book an appointment from the page?
Yes, if you already take bookings online. A Calendly calendar or a Google Form can sit on the page, and any other booking site can be a button. Cardless Club does not keep the appointment book itself.
Can I collect patient details on it?
The sign-up box can ask for a name, an email address, a phone number and a message. Use it for things like a health camp list. It is not built to hold medical records, so do not ask for symptoms or reports on it.
Can each doctor in the clinic have a page?
The free plan has 1 page. Club+ has up to 3 and Pro up to 10, each with its own address, all from one sign-in.
Do patients need an app?
No. The page opens in the browser on any phone, from a link or from the printed QR code.
Make your page
Pick your name, add what you need, and share one link. It takes about two minutes, and there is nothing to pay while we are in pre-release.
