Ask members after a good class, not on the day they join

A member who has just finished a good class is the one most likely to say so. A new member on day one has nothing to review yet. Put the code where people leave a session, and ask then.

Where to put it

Each place gets a review point of its own, with its own QR code, and on Reviews+ its own line in your numbers. Make as many as you need.

What your customer sees

On the free Review Link

They scan the code, and your Google review page opens. Nothing in between, and nothing to install. You see how many people opened it.

On Reviews+

They pick a rating out of five. At or above the number you choose, your Google review page opens by itself. Below it, they are offered a private message to you, and a Leave a Google review button stays on the same screen.

What you learn from it

Broken equipment, reported privately
On Reviews+, a member who rates you low can say what was wrong in a private message, and you get an email straight away.
Morning and evening members
On Reviews Pro, ratings by hour of the day show whether the 6 am crowd rates you as well as the 7 pm one.
Which class is asked
On Reviews+, each code is counted on its own, so you can see which room's members actually scan.
Clicks, not reviews
We count the people who opened your Google review page. We cannot see whether they went on to write one, so we never call it a review.

Do not offer a free week or a discount for a review. Google's rules do not allow rewards for reviews.

Questions

Can each trainer have their own code?

Yes. Give each trainer a review point with their name, and your numbers group by person. That is part of the paid plan.

Do members need to install anything?

No. The phone camera opens the page from the code.

I have two branches. Is that one plan?

Each branch is set up on its own, with its own Google link, and plans are priced per branch.

Make your review link

Add your business, paste your Google review link, and print your first stand on one sheet of A4. It costs nothing, and a stand you print keeps working whatever you do with your plan afterwards.
