Cardless Reviews
Turn every tap into useful feedback
Put a card or a small stand on your counter. A customer taps it with their phone, picks a rating out of five, and happy customers carry on to your Google review page. Everyone else can tell you privately instead.
No app for your customers. Nothing to install. It works on any phone.

How it works
Your customer taps or scans
They hold their phone near your card or stand, or point their camera at the printed square code. Your rating page opens.
They pick a rating
Five big stars, one tap. That is the whole thing they have to do.
Happy customers go to Google
You choose the rating that sends someone to your Google review page on its own. Anyone can still get there by hand — you are never blocking the way.
You see all of it
Ratings, private messages and counts for each card and stand, in your Cardless Club dashboard.

What you put on the counter
We are still making these. The prices below are what we expect to charge. You will not have to wait for them either: every review point comes with a table stand you can print on one sheet of A4 and fold, so you can start collecting ratings the day we open your account.
What it does for you
Sends people to Google
Your review page opens in one tap, with nothing typed in.
Collects ratings
Every rating is counted, whether or not the customer goes any further.
Private feedback
An unhappy customer can tell you what happened instead of writing it in public.
Tells you about a low rating
Set the rating that should reach you, and where to send it.
Counts every card and stand on its own
You can see which placement people actually use.
Works by tap or by camera
Every review product has both, so nobody is left out.
A stand you can print today
One sheet of A4, folded once. You do not have to wait for anything to arrive.
One address, changeable destination
Your cards keep working when your Google link changes. Nothing is reprinted.
An inbox for what people said
Read it, mark it as being dealt with, and mark it done.

A Google review click means somebody opened your Google page. We cannot see whether they went on to write a review, so we never call it one.
Pricing
The review link is free and stays free, so a card you buy never stops working. Nothing here is open for sale yet.

Questions
- Does this work with Google reviews?
- Yes. You paste the link to your own Google review page, and that is where customers are sent. We check the link is a Google one before we save it.
- Do my customers need an app?
- No. Tapping the card opens a page in the browser they already have. If their phone does not tap, the printed square code opens the same page with the camera.
- Can I change my Google link later?
- Yes, whenever you like. Your cards and stands point at a Cardless Club address, not at Google, so changing where it goes takes a moment and nothing is reprinted.
- Will my card stop working if I stop paying?
- No. If a paid plan ends, your cards keep working and keep sending people to your Google review page. You lose the rating page, the private messages and the detailed counts, not the card.
- Can I have more than one card?
- Yes. Make as many review points as you need — a stand at reception, a card at the counter, a sticker on each table.
- Can I see which card people used?
- Yes. Every card and stand is counted on its own, so you can see which one people actually use. That count is part of the paid plan.
- Can customers send something only to me?
- Yes. A customer who is not happy can write to you instead of writing in public. Only you see it. They never have to give a name, a phone number or an email.
- Can I stop unhappy customers reaching Google?
- No, and we will not build that. The rating you choose decides who goes to Google without being asked. Everybody keeps a plain way to get there.
- Can I use only the printed code?
- Yes. Every review product has both, and you can put a code on a poster or a bill without any card at all. We also give you a stand to print on one sheet of A4, so you can start before you buy anything.
- How do I know when someone rates me badly?
- We email you. Choose the rating that should reach you and where to send it, and the message includes what the customer said. If they left a phone number, you can reply to them in one tap.
- Can I put my own logo on it?
- Yes, on a paid plan. Your name, your logo and your colour appear on the rating page, and on the cards if you order the custom ones.
- Can I use this for more than one shop?
- Yes. Each shop is set up on its own, with its own Google link, its own settings and its own numbers. Plans are priced per shop.
