Right now there is nothing to refund

Cardless Club does not take payments yet. The free plan costs nothing, the paid plans are not open, and the cards are not on sale. This page describes what will happen once they are.

Cards

If a card arrives damaged, or does not work when you touch it to a phone, tell us within 7 days of it arriving and we will replace it or return your money.

Cards printed with your own design cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, because we made that card for you. If we printed it wrongly, that is our mistake and we will fix it.

Paid plans

If you pay for a plan and want your money back, ask within 7 days of paying and we will return it in full.

After 7 days we do not refund part of a year. Your plan keeps working until the year is up, and it will not renew if you turn it off.

How long it takes

We approve or refuse a request within 3 working days. Approved money goes back to the way you paid, and usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days.

Introductory prices

The prices on the site are introductory pre-release ones and will go up when we launch. If you start on a plan at an introductory price, that price is yours for a year from the day you start. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first.
